Plan Your PA Wine Month Trip in the Endless Mountains

Haven’t you heard?! October is Pennsylvania Wine Month!

And it’s the perfect excuse to go on a fall getaway. Thankfully we have partnered with our friends at the Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau to get you the low-down on the Pennsylvania Wine Month events happening in their neck of the woods. The Endless Mountains region offers remarkable mountainous views, quaint shops, numerous outdoor activities, and more.

October 7 – Dushore Oktoberfest
Join the Dushore Area Business Association as they host Oktoberfest! The event will feature local wineries, breweries, specialty foods, and vendors. And don’t forget to participate in all things fall: polka music, hayrides, a scarecrow contest, and corn hole competitions.

October 14 – Harvest & Wine Festival
Enjoy over 50 wines, food and craft vendors, and live music! Proceeds from the Festival are used to help fund the various service projects undertaken by the Tunkhannock Rotary Club throughout the year.

October 28 – HalloWINE Festival
This year is Endless Mountain’s 2nd Annual HalloWINE Festival! Fill your afternoon with wine, food, arts and crafts, music, and a costume contest.

If you can’t make it to any of these events you can always create your own wine tasting weekend during the peak fall foliage! Check out their list of wineries in the area here.
