In this edition, Olympian, TV personality, fashion icon, and (very!) proud Pennsylvania native Johnny Weir takes a break from his busy schedule to talk wine with Sommelier Scott Zoccolilo.

A self-described francophile when it comes to wine — he especially loves Sancerre — Weir gets a crash course in Grüner Veltliner, a varietal sure to appeal to lovers of crisp whites with plenty of minerality and a citrusy bite. As Zoccolilo explains, fans of colder-climate European wines will find a lot to love in Pennsylvania.
