This Philadelphia cafe /wine bar /wine shop is the perfect place to discover local Pennsylvania wines. Throughout October, they will be featuring an expanded by-the-glass menu of local wines for your tasting pleasure, featuring wines from Galen Glen Winery, Va La Vineyards, Wayvine Winery, Mural City Cellars, and Vox Vinetti Wines.
Bottle Bar East, Fishtown

This sophisticated new American cuisine restaurant in Old City celebrates local with a flight of three Va La Vineyards wines paired with three locally-sourced cheeses. This will be available every Wednesday – Sunday throughout October for $50 per person. The wine flight is also available alone for $25. Be sure to stop by and raise a glass to local wines, with a glass (or three!) of local wine!
High Street Philadelphia, Old City

Jet Wine Bar, Graduate Hospital
This wine bar in south Philly features wines from all across the globe with a special place in their hearts for all things local. Join them for a local wine tasting in the Jet Wine Garden on Tuesday, October 18 from 6pm – 8pm expertly led by Francesco Taormina, featuring five Pennsylvania varietals from Karamoor Estate Wines. In addition to this, Jet Wine Bar will also be offering a flight of PA wines throughout the month – be sure to stop by and raise a glass to local wine!

Stop by this beautiful restaurant right off Rittenhouse Square and enjoy an interactive experience of cheese and Pennsylvania wine featuring hand-selected artisan cheeses, fresh fruit, jam, almonds, and local wine of course. Select a glass or bottle of the Lehigh Valley’s Galen Glen Winery‘s citrusy and floral Gruner Veltliner or ‘Red German Bastards’ stunning red blend and take home a card about the vineyard, selected wines, and cheeses to learn and enjoy on your own again sometime.

In celebration of PA Wine Month, Panorama will feature a flight of PA wines from Penns Woods Winery and Maple Springs Vineyard, with tasting notes for their Sunday afternoon Wine Club Tastings.

Village Vine Wine Bar + Bistro, Swarthmore
Penns Woods Winery‘s Raechel Kuehn will be pouring a variety of the estate’s wines, accompanied by local Pennsylvania cheeses and accouterments from Chef Krupa. Raechel will guide you through the wines – from the vineyard to the glass – and share the history of the local wine industry and Penns Woods’ story.
