300 gallon lot. $18/gallon. Vintage 2020 Chambourcin red still table wine. Harvested October 22-24, 2020. New Jersey appellation. Grapes grown in the Outer Coastal Plain AVA. Has small quantities of Cabernet Franc and Merlot blended in, but greater than 75% Chambourcin and can be labeled as varietal Chambourcin. Has completed malolactic fermentation. L-malic acid <0.05 g/L. Have lab results from ETS. 13% ABV. pH 3.71. TA 6.0 g/L. Has 100 ml/HL Citrogrum. Filtered through BECOPAD 170 nominal 0.2-0.4 micron. 1.7 g/L Stavin oak bean extraction (blend of French, American, and Hungarian medium/medium+ toast).
