Preserve your abundant harvest this year by canning your fruits & vegetables. In this workshop taught by Abigail Enochs from Topo Environments, you will learn how to pickle, preserve & can your garden
Tickets include a variety of freshly grown herbs & veggies, canning materials & professional instruction plus a glass of your choice – sparkling rose or house made sangria!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class to allow time to check in & get settled. Class will begin promptly at 12:00 pm.
The workshop will be held under our open air pavilion with views of the vineyard. In case of rain, the event will still go on!
When the class is finished, you may stay to enjoy wine by the glass & bottle under the pavilion or move to a table on our Outdoor Lawn Space. Local cheese & charcuterie is available to purchase or you are more than welcome to pack a picnic. There will also be live music that day as well!
