Farm to Fork Dinner

We are teaming up with local farmers and artisans to create an experience of fine cuisine and wine pairing here at Brookmere Winery. Chef Matt Yoder, and Kersh McMaster are collaborating to create a fresh four course meal highlighting the synergy between Kish Valley region and it’s producers. The event will commence with a reception at Hameau Farm in Belleville owned and operated by Gay Roderger’s. Guests will travel 2.3 miles to Brookmere Winery where they will get to explore different locations on the property while enjoying Brookmere’s wine paired with foods found locally. The event will end with dessert of course, and live music in the barn. Tickets are $65 per person.
