Sausage & Sauerkraut Fritters
A breaded ball of sauerkraut, gruyere cheese and smoked sausage, fried to perfection. Just wait til you experience what this blend of tangy, creamy, and spicy does on your palate!
Gourmet Potato Waffle
A German potato pancake, prepared in a waffle iron. Topped with homemade apple sauce, a slice of smoked bratwurst, and finished with grilled pineapple. This hearty treat is sure to fill your belly with Gemütlichkeit (good cheer)!
