Sunday February 14th, we will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Dinner in the Brookmere Winery Barn. Live Music by John Thompson while you enjoy a 5 course dining experience each course paired tastefully with a different wine. Reservations are required and limited to 45 people. Menu is starting with a cream base, Wild Mushroom Soup made with Brookmere Cream Sherry, fresh thyme, and selected mushrooms
Second course is a Winter Greens Salad created with “Let Us – Grow” mixed greens, fried goat cheese, roasted beets, candied walnuts, topped with house –made raspberry vinaigrette from our Rose’ de Franc wine
Next course is Spanish Style Shrimp with Crostini, jumbo shrimp tossed in a medley of spices and olive oil
Fourth course is an Herb Encrusted Beef Tenderloin topped with a red wine reduction sauce made with our Carmine paired with a creamy horseradish sauce over a Potato Puree’
Dessert – is an in house Cheesecake capped with fresh berries and cream
