Learn how to make the picture-perfect charcuterie board!

Join us for a class where Connie will be teaching her tricks of the trade for how to craft a beautiful and vibrant cheese and charcuterie board that will make you the best party host in the neighborhood!

You will learn a few key techniques when it comes to placing and designing your perfect board, have fun trying out different cheese cutting styles, learn how to create salami roses and discuss what items to include on a well-balanced charcuterie board.

You will be able to add your own twist and create the board you want while learning professional tips.

TICKETS ARE $80 FOR CHARCUTERIE CLASS ONLY. Your ticket cost includes:

-an hour and a half of instruction by Connie Higgins

-all ingredients and materials needed to make a luxury fall themed charcuterie board that you can snack on while at the class & when you get home too! (the board will serve at least two people but each person must purchase their own individual ticket)

-With this you’ll get to customize and build your own 10” charcuterie board filled with assorted cheeses and meats,, honey mustard, honeycomb, dried fruits, fresh fruit nuts, olives, jams and crackers.

-Learn how to make the perfect salami rose and rivers

-all while enjoying a complimentary wine tasting, music and great party atmosphere!
