‘Sur Lie’ Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay undergoes a full malolactic fermentation, a resting period on it’s creamy lees and a full year in French and Hungarian oak. All of these things amalgamate into a warm, butter-crusted, bruised and honeyed fruit powerhouse.

Merlot
With the help of French and Hungarian oak, our 2017 vintage offers a soft and supple mouth feel and medium acidity. This beautifully pigmented grape offers up notes of plums, mocha and black licorice.

The White Standard
Our dry cellar blend is light and crisp with a lively fresh fruit character. This vintage smacks with bright notes of white peach, tangerine, and lemon zest – making it the perfect companion for seafood, salads, poultry, pasta, or just sipping.
