A blend of 5 varieties of grapes, aged in Pennsylvania oak barrels. The blend consists of: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Baco Noir, Chambourcin and Nioret. Local grapes that have been grown on the shores of Lake Erie. A complex wine that has 1% residual sugars.
A blend of Riesling, Cayuga, Vidal & Vignoles. This is a crisp refreshing white wine that refreshes the palate. This wine has 3.5% residual sugars.
