Ice Wine of Vidal Blanc
A true ice wine made from Vidal Blanc grapes frozen naturally on the vine and pressed while still frozen. Creates an intensely flavored wine with hints of fig, honey, marmalade and apricot. Multiple award winner. Gold medal winner at 2013 Pacific Rim.
Bare Bones White
A fresh and simple blend of Vidal Blanc, Cayuga White, Traminette and Riesling. A touch of sweetness and a crisp clean finish. Gold medal winner at 2013 LA International.
Our 40th celebration wine. A botrytised Riesling made from handpicked grapes. Only grapes affected by Botrytis Cinera, known as Noble Rot, are selected. An intensley flavored wine with the best aromas. Double Gold Medal and Best Dessert Wine at PWA Comp.
