Wine & Grape Industry Conference | February 26 – 27, 2025 | Penn Stater, State College, PA

Grape growers, wine producers, educators, researchers, and other industry stakeholders in Pennsylvania's wine and grape industry will gather at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College on February 26 and 27, 2025, for the annual Pennsylvania Wine and Grape Industry Conference, hosted by the Pennsylvania Wine Marketing and Research Program, Pennsylvania Winery Association, and Penn State Extension.

The Business Meeting and Conference will provide a venue for grape/wine education and an important in-person networking opportunity for regional grape and wine industry stakeholders.

The two-day conference will feature the following educational opportunities:

• Enology and winemaking practices, including sessions on oxygen management, achieving wine longevity, identification of terroir, native yeast/microbiome influence on wine sensory
• Viticulture and grape production practices, including sessions on Penn State viticulture program updates, vineyard management fundamentals, vineyard diseases and disease resistance management, vineyard nutrition research updates
• Business/marketing sessions
• Ways to preserve, support, and promote in-state grape and wine production
