2026 Seven Springs Wine Festival | Winery Application (Deadline: March 15)

Please complete the form below by March 15, 2026 to be considered for the Seven Springs Wine Festival. Wineries must be current PWA Members to be considered to join Seven Springs Wine Festival. To join or renew PWA, please visit here (Renewing from 2025: $500, First Time Members for 2026: $250)

Seven Springs Wine Festival will be August 21 - 23, 2026

  •    Friday, August 21 | 5:00pm - 9:00pm
  •    Saturday, August 22 | 11:00am - 5:00pm
  •    Sunday, August 23 | 11:00am - 5:00pm


Winery Space: Each winery will have a 20x20 tented space. 

 
Staffing Requirements: Must have a minimum of three people Friday, four people Saturday and three people Sunday to manage your space.

Wine Check Details: There will be a three bottle minimum in boxes, no sales by the glass, slush packages must be packaged in a box, cans need to be 12-pack or greater and must be boxed and closed and no liquor will be permitted.

Insurance Requirements: $1M per occurrence; $2M aggregate. All documents (Exposition Permit and COI) are due by May 30, 2026 to [email protected].

Accommodations: Seven Springs will have hotel packages available for accepted wineries. More details will be sent from Seven Springs to selected wineries.

More details and a formal application will be sent to wineries that are selected to join, which comes from the Seven Springs team. All must be completed by May 1, 2026 to be a confirmed winery to join.
