PA Farm Show will be January 9–16, 2027.
Timeline: Wineries will be able to apply for a space within a four-day period.

- Wineries will be randomly selected to join and for those accepted will be randomly chosen for which four-day period. A recording of the video will be available when selections are made in October.
Review all of the details here prior to finalizing your form. All requirements will be verified and wineries will not be considered if all items have not been completed.
Winery Space:
- A Wooden Booth Stand will be available for each four-day block period that entails a 10x10 space ($1000 for four days). Twelve (12) spaces are available, with 24 wineries able to join the 2027 Farm Show.
- Each space will include a custom winery sign (to include winery name + county your tasting room is located). Please be sure to complete accurately this information on the application as this is what will be utilized for printing signage.
- Back of house space is available to store cases and additional supplies/merchandise necessary. Each space number will have an outlined space for storage, located as closely as possible to your area. Please be respectful and mindful of shared space throughout your time at the Farm Show.
Staffing Requirements: Must have adequate staffing for each day of the Farm Show to provide high quality customer service and sales for guests. The Farm Show welcomes thousands of guests each day, with many visiting the PA Wines Booth.
Insurance Requirements: $1M per occurrence; $2M aggregate. All documents (Exposition Permit and COI) are due by December 15, 2026 to [email protected].

Parking Passes: Each accepted winery will receive (1) week-long parking pass. Should you need to purchase additional passes, please do so on your own accord. Visit the PA Farm Show website for more details.
This is an Interest Form only for joining the 2027 PA Farm Show. Wineries will be notified by the end of October whether they were accepted or not. Those who have not been selected will be placed on a waitlist.
