Can Destem approximately 2 ton/hr when tilting a half ton bin next to the unit and raking the grapes in. Also can load by dumping picking bins (aka lugs) right into to the top for smaller lots. The unit includes a separate rubber roller crusher and auger pump for the must under the destemmer. These both can be removed from the unit for easy cleaning. The rubber crusher rollers are adjustable for a softer or harder crush of the skin. The entire destemmer/crusher unit is variable speed. A half ton bin can be slid underneath the side outlet for collection of the stems which are ejected from the basket. The entire unit is on wheels for easy movement with two locking wheels to hold in place while using. Wired for 230V single phase.
