Setter Ridge Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery dedicated to the craft of growing high quality vinifera grapes, and European winemaking. We are seeking a Intern to join our small, close-knit team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, enjoys working with nature and have some fun.

Setter Ridge Vineyard is located between Reading and Allentown, four miles south of Exit 40, Interstate 78.
Description, Duties, and Responsibilities: As an Intern, you will be assisting in all aspects of the grape growing process. A strong eye for detail and a drive for a clean, organized vineyard environment are a must. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties to a very high industry standard, including but not limited to:

Operation and routine maintenance of farming/harvest equipment
Assist with vineyard maintenance and routine cultural practices
Canopy and crop management
Cover crop maintenance
Upkeep of trellising
Property maintenance
Assist with winery operations including
Cleaning of winery tanks and equipment
Participate in preparation, bottling and cleaning procedures
Assist with harvest and crush activities


Work Environment Requirements:
-Ability to work in confined spaces and high places
-Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
-Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
-Ability to work with chemicals that require protective equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.)
-Ability to perform work duties inside and outdoors in all weather conditions
This is a full time position during the growing season.
Hourly pay depending upon experience
