PA Vines & Wines Recipes: Grapefruit and Ginger Spritz
A glass of wine or a cocktail? The answer is “both!” with cocktails like sangria, mimosas and spritzes. Using wine in place of liquor is a fabulous way to shake up your usual drink options. It’s typically lower-proof and offers the smoothness and nuance we appreciate about wine, in a reimagined way.
