The start of Dominic Sorrenti’s lifelong commitment to viticulture and winemaking begun as an effort to preserve his Southern Italian heritage, he taught his sons the trade of his family, l’arte del fare il vino. After meeting his wife Mary and moving to the Poconos, he started Sorrenti’s Cherry Valley Vineyards in 1981. The winery is known for its variety of wine and offers a range of flavors to suit almost any palate. Nestled right in beautiful Cherry Valley, the winery boasts some of the most breathtaking grounds in the area.
