Thunder Ridge Vineyards

Thunder Ridge Vineyards started years ago as a home winemaking and vineyard operation. Jeff Gormley and his daughter, Alex, started the business in 2015. Amy Zill and her husband, Joe purchased and took over Thunder Ridge in January of 2021. Thunder Ridge Vineyards strives to grow and sell grapes that create high-end wines, produce enjoyable unique wines, and educate wine consumers. Thunder Ridge’s wines are produced from a variety of estate grown grapes and fruits. Wines are of all varieties from Dry to Sweet. The grape growing and wine making takes place on a six-acre farm in Heidelberg Township, between Hanover and Spring Grove.
